Affiliate Marketer | Explorer of Ideas | Rebel With a Digital Cause
Hey there, friend—glad you made it here.
My name’s Kevin Bordovsky, and I’m just a regular guy who happens to be all-in on the journey of affiliate marketing. This blog is my home base, a space where I drop daily insights, stories, and simple, real-world strategies to help beginners and aspiring digital explorers navigate the world of affiliate marketing—especially now with AI shaking things up in wild and wonderful ways.
The Early Days
See, I grew up in the 1970s. And I was that long-haired kid who always had a drumstick in one hand and trouble in the other. My best friend Greg and I used to tear through the woods on dirt bikes, stirring up mud and mayhem like it was our job.
We were wild, loud, and allergic to rules — and that’s never really changed.
At 17, I told my mom I was joining the Marines. Met a recruiter in the school hallway and that was all it took. A month after turning 18, I was gone. Boot camp in California. It straightened out my spine but not my spirit. I’ve never been good at takin’ orders from another man. Maybe it’s ‘cause my dad wasn’t around much. He chose crop dusting over being a dad. So I learned early on that if I wanted something done, I had to do it my own way.
Fast forward to the working world — I gave the 9-to-5 life a shot. More than a few times. But bustin’ my back for pocket change just never sat right with me. I wasn’t lazy — I was just wired different. Deep down I knew there had to be a better way.
Then, one day back in 2010, I saw this flashy ad online — some guy named Anthony Morrison standing in front of a fancy car. I didn’t know what he was sellin’, but it lit a fire under me. That fire turned into years of late nights, wasted cash, shiny objects, and failed attempts to figure out internet stuff on dial-up. (Yep, I’m talkin’ the kind of internet where you couldn’t use the phone if you were online.)
I spent thousands from my mom’s inheritance just trying to “make it.” I bought anything that looked like it might help. Courses, programs, webinars, you name it. Most of it ended up being junk. But one day I found a course that showed me how to build a website — and that changed everything.
That was my turning point. My wake-up call. My “hey, maybe this thing can work” moment.
Now, I’m here to help folks like you skip the shiny crap and find what actually works. No suits. No scams. Just real talk, a little rock ‘n’ roll, and the truth about what it takes to find your way in this noisy online world.
If you’re tired of the B.S. and ready to hear it straight from someone who’s been through the fire…
You’re in the right place.
Pull up a seat. Let’s ride.
A Few Things That Make Me, Me
I’m originally from Arkansas—a place where the lakes are quiet, the fishing is good, and neighbors still wave when you pass. I grew up playing every sport I could—football, basketball, swimming, baseball. I like a good challenge. Still do.
I’m also big on learning. Whether it’s new AI tools, digital trends, or reading something that stretches my brain—I’m all about keeping it fresh. I like to stay in shape (even if some days, I’d rather chill with a taco and Netflix). And yeah… I’m a bit OCD. I can’t walk past a dusty shelf without wiping it down.
Why I Started This Blog
This blog isn’t some corporate project—it’s a journal, a soapbox, and a classroom all rolled into one. I started it to share the knowledge I’ve picked up from mentors like John Thornhill and others who helped me stop spinning my wheels and start gaining traction.
I’m here for the folks who want to cut through the noise and get real about what works. The people who care more about freedom and progress than about hype or hustle. I want to show you the tools, the mindset, and the path that helped me—and maybe, help you skip some of the hard knocks I learned along the way.
